Deposits and procedures:A
$300.00 deposit is required in order to secure Your reservation. Pricing and availability are not guaranteed without this
deposit. This would then become your refundable security/cleaning deposit. When we recieve this deposit we will then prepare
and mail you Your lease agreement,There is a sample lease on this site, half of the rate will be due with Your signed
returned lease. The other half will be due ONE month before check-in. If there is less than 30 days before check-in at
signing and returning of the lease agreement the full balance will be due with your signed returned lease.If this is
the case We will need payment with either a bank check or money order.Your security deposit is the only way to block out your
week or weeks, We suggest sending it via FedEx or next day Express mail. We must recieve the deposit and payment in full
if check-in is in 30 or less days to guarantee rate and availibility.
