How close are you to the beach?
A. 36 Atlantic Ave. is right across from St. James Pl. which is about one
short block to the beach. / 829 St.James Pl. both units are about less than a half block to the beach. Also
the Boardwalk starts on St. James Place.
Q. Are there any restrooms at the beach?
A. Yes. We are lucky
to have a lifesaving / first-aid station with very clean restrooms right on the beach at the beginning of the street.
Q.
Do we need beach tags to access the beach?
A. Yes. They are needed from Memorial Day to Labor Day,10:00 am to 5:00
pm. All persons older than 14 must wear beach tags.
Q. What time is check-in & check-out?
A.
Check-in is 3:00 pm on day of Check-in & Check-out is 10:00 am on day of check-out.
Q. Do you
allow pets?
A. NO NO NO. Sorry but pets are NOT permitted in any of our units or on any part of our premises
for any amount of time. If you have pets and plan to board them in the O.C. area You should make arrangements well in advance
of your arrival as no kennel will accept last minute walk-ins.
Q. Is smoking permitted in
the units ?
A. No. Smoking is NOT permitted in the units or on any part of our properties.
Q. Do
you rent to "groups"?
A. No. We only rent to Families and Family Groups only
Q. Do linens and
towels come with the rental?
A. No. You will need to bring your own beach and bath towels.We provide pillows
and comforters for each bed. Sheets and towels may be available for an additional fee upon request. Please do not take
any of Our sheets or blankets to the beach. Please remove all sand before entering units.
Q. What size
are the beds in the units?
A. 36 Atlantic Ave has 3 Queen size beds & 2 twin beds that are bunks. / 829 St.
James 1st. Fl. has 2 full beds & 2 twin beds. / 829 St.James 2nd. Fl. has 2 Queen beds & 3 twin beds. 1
single twin and a set of bunks
Q.How many people will your units accommodate?
A. 36 Atlantic Ave.
will accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.
829 Saint James Place 1 st. floor will
accommodate maximum of 6 persons.
829 Saint James Place 2
nd. floor will accommodate a maximum of 7 people. Children of any age included.
Q. How many cars can You park
off-street?
A. The only unit we have with off-street parking is 36 Atlantic Ave. with parking for 2
vehicles.WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMADATE OVERSIZED VEHICLES,CALL FOR DETAILS.Any other vehicles can be parked on-street ,first
come, first served.Parking at 829 Saint James place is regular on street parking.Finding a parking space close by is usually
not difficult.
